When Will My Shoes Arrive?
Once I place my order, when will it ship?
We strive to dispatch orders within one business day from order placement. (Times may vary during promotional periods)
Business days refer to Monday-Friday with the exception of major Australian or Queensland holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
No, at this time we do not ship internationally from vionicshoes.com.au. However, you can purchase internationally from our exclusive distributors listed below.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes! We are able to ship to P.O. boxes. There will be an additional $8 flat rate surcharge if wanting to add express.
Disclaimer: Please allow one business day for order processing. Orders placed after 2pm AEST will be processed the following business day. No orders will be processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. *Complimentary shipping applies only to standard shipping. Additional costs for express post.
